Glory be to God in the highest for bringing us to the last month in the year   2019. With confidence in His Word and His power, we shall surely see the end and cross over to the new year by His grace and mercy in Jesus name. Letter 12 represents covenant: The Lord  will remember His covenant and honour your life. HE will remember His promises and visit your situations. He will once again remember His words and give you victory over all your challenges and trials, in Jesus name. It also represents foundation: The Lord will shake and destroy every faulty foundation of your life and that is fighting your glory and destiny in Jesus name. He will remain a sure foundation for your life in every area for uncommon breakthrough In Jesus name.  It also separate the night and the day: The Bible says weeping may endure till the night, but joy comes in the morning. The Lord will end weeping, sorrow and shame in your life and give you a new song of victory, celebration and jubilation in Jesus name.

TOPIC: TRIUMPHING IN TROUBLE TIMES Main Text: 1 Samuel 30: 1-6 Memory Verse Text: 1 Samuel 30: 6 Trouble is no respecter of persons (Job 5:7; 14:1).  Maybe you are passing through a time of trouble now?  If so, there is help in the word of God for you. And if you are not in the midst of trouble today, here is ministry in advance which will prepare you for some future day, for trouble comes to us all, and it is a good thing when we know what to do in a time of trouble.  Let us learn from the situation and attitude of David: 1. David’s trouble was very real. How does your trouble compare with his?  Does yours have to do with some great loss in your life; is it connected with your loved ones; is it so great that you have wept until you have had no more power to weep?  How real our troubles are!  There is nothing imaginary about them, and it is not wrong to weep and to find relief in this way (John 11:35). 2. TOPIC: EXPERIENCING FULLNESS OF JOY Main Text: John 15: 1-11 Memory Verse Text: John 15: 11 Too often we are sad, gloomy and dejected; but as Christians we ought to be joyful in everything – Philippians 4:4 and 1 Thessalonians 5:16.  The A-to-Z of our Christian experience should be marked by joy: joy at conversion (Acts 8:39); joy when reading God’s Holy Word (Jeremiah 15:16); joy in prayer (John 16:24); joy in the midst of trials (James 1:2); joy when suffering (Acts 5:41); joy when serving (2 Corinthians 1:24); and joy at the journey’s end (Hebrews 12:22). Let us take note of the following points: 1. The Christian life is the life of the Lord Jesus Christ in a man or a woman –  Galatians 2:20.  Christian joy is Christ’s joy in a Christian, and this means that this deep-down, abiding joy is not found anywhere else except in Him 2. TOPIC: THE PROMISE OF PERFECT PEACE Main Text: Isaiah 26: 1-4 Memory Verse Text: Isaiah 26: 3 There is no promise anywhere in the Bible which encourages us to believe that while we are in our earthly bodies we shall experience freedom from trouble; but there is something far better – there is the promise of peace in the midst of trouble.  Of what value would freedom from trouble be if we had no inward peace?  Yet how wonderful it is that in the midst of the fiercest battle, and while the storm is at its height, the trusting soul may experience inward peace, a deep down calm and a quiet confidence!  But what is perfect peace?  Can we define it?  Yes, it is a condition of freedom from disturbance within the soul; it is perfect harmony reigning within.   1. TOPIC: DISCOVERING THE PURPOSE OF GOD FOR YOUR LIFE Main Text: Acts 9: 1-9 Memory Verse Text: Acts 9:6 We shall base this study upon the question asked by Saul of Tarsus at the very moment of his new birth:  "What shall I do, Lord?”  Did Saul’s conversion just “happen”?; was it by “chance” that he was suddenly converted on the Damascus road, or was it according to a divine plan and purpose?   Acts 9:15 tells us that it certainly was “according to plan” – God’s plan.  But has God a plan for my life?  If so, how may I know it and what is involved in finding it?  There are three characteristics of God’s plan for our lives: (1) It is a personal plan.  Notice the personal pronouns – “you” and “me” in Acts 9:4.   There is no one else in the world like you, and therefore God’s plan for you is unique and personal – just for you!  He has a purpose to fulfil in and with your life which cannot be fulfilled in and with the life of any other person. TEXT; MARK 16:15-18 Verse: And he said unto them, Go ye into all the world and preach the gospel to every creature. KJV  This was the command given by Jesus before his physical departure from the world. This verse is called the great commission. It was a direct command, not an advice or a suggestion.  This command to go into the world and preach the gospel is very important. Why is it so important? 1. Because it is only by the preaching of the gospel can anyone be saved. Acts 4:12. 2. Because it is the only means by which souls can be added to the church. Many people are in the church today who didn't come in through the gospel and that is the reason we have so many problems in the church. 3. Only by the gospel can the believers fulfill their assignment. 4. It is through this that we can anticipate the coming of the Lord. It

A summary of Sunday sermon delivered by Bishop Julius Soyinka. TOPIC: YOU ARE THE SALT OF THE EARTH. TEXT: MATTHEW 5:13-16. CHRISTIANITY is designed to have positive influence in the world. You are the salt and the light of the world but the ability to be what God wants us to be is dependent on our reliance on him.  If you are not what he wants you to be then you are not fulfilling his divine purpose for your life. There are three main points to discuss in this sermon. (A) A description to appreciate. God describes us in some ways. 1. We are the salt of the earth. Salt is pure white in colour which connotes a sign of our purity. You can't be a Christian and remain impure. 2. Salt gives flavour to food which makes it palatable. Something is missing in this world that God wants us to add. Some of these are peace, love, joy etc 3. Salt constitutes a major component of our body fluids. Water and salt.
