2020 Our Year of Double Portion Blessings

2020: OUR YEAR OF DOUBLE PORTION BLESSINGS
The key verse from the Lord to you this year is:
Isaiah 61:7  For your shame ye shall have double; and for confusion they shall rejoice in their portion: therefore in their land they shall possess the double: everlasting joy shall be unto them.
That is the great promise of God for you this year. In place of shame, reproach and humiliation, you shall have a double portion blessing as your inheritance and reward. All that is required from you is to draw closer to the Lord and serve Him wholeheartedly, and He will fulfill His words in your life.
There are two basis for claiming the promises of God:
1.  If it is written, you can believe God for the fulfilment in your life and situation.

2.  If it has happened before, you can believe God for the performance of it in your life and situation after the order of previous performance.

There are six references in the scriptures that can serve as our basis for believing God for double portion blessings this year: 
1. The Right of a First Born: Deuteronomy 21: 17
A first born son was entitled to a double portion of the father's inheritance. Every Born Again child of God is a first born, and thus entitled to double portion blessings from the Lord. Hebrew 12:23.
2. Hannah was encouraged with a double portion by the husband. 1 Samuel 1: 4 - 7.
By divine favour, you can receive double portion blessings.
3. Elisha's request for a double portion 2 Kings 2:9
As a child of God, you can request for a double portion of Grace, Gifts of the Spirit, Anointing, and Spiritual Strength for your life and ministry.
4. The promises of double portion blessings in our key verse Isaiah 61:7.
God promised it and you can believe God for His word to possess double portion blessings in all areas of your life.
5. The restoration of Job's losses. Job 42: 10.
You can believe God for a double portion restoration of all that the enemy stole from you or destroyed in your life, after the order of Job. Your health can be restored, your finances, your dignity and integrity can be restored in a double portion.
6. The double portion judgment upon the wicked. Revelation 18:6.
You can ask the Lord to give a double portion judgment upon the enemy of your destiny and progress. Their evil against you can return to them in a double portion.

Dear friend, I want you to believe God for His word and trust Him for the double portion blessings this new year, and the Lord will grant your request after the order of Jabez in Jesus name.
You will need to surrender your life to Jesus if you have not done so and strife to please Him with your life at all times. May the Lord give you the grace to live for Him this year and to possess double portion blessings in all areas of your life in Jesus name.
